Removing features from a profile is handled via the Profile Editor. The removal of a feature can be performed from either the Remove from Selection icon in the Selection Tools.

Or right click on a feature listed in the Profile Editor dialog.

Removing a Manhole will remove its adjoining features and features below its location in the dialog.

Removing a Pipe will remove features below its location in the dialog.
